A Graduate Professional Certificate in Population Health offers a secondary credential for graduate and professional students preparing to enter healthcare, public policy, or community-based organizational sectors, and is designed to broaden the student's understanding of population health, health disparities, and determinates of health.
Certificate of Public Health
A Graduate Professional Certificate in Public Health is targeted toward those individuals who can benefit from formal public health instruction, but for whom the MPH degree is not necessary for their career trajectory. Those students successfully completing the certificate program will be eligible for consideration by the individual college departments for enrollment in the MPH degree program.
Healthcare Administration Certificate for MBA Graduates
New in 2018 is the MBA Healthcare Administration Certificate for MBA graduates. The program offers a credential in health care administration for those who have previously earned an MBA degree. Curriculum is designed and taught by Masters of Health Administration (MHA) faculty of the OU Hudson College of Public Health.
OU MBA/Healthcare Administration Certificate for OU-MBA students
The MBA Healthcare Administration certificate is a collaboration between the Price College of Business and OU’s Hudson College of Public Health. Both colleges recognize the importance of strategically combining business and healthcare education as we proceed further into the 21st century. Courses will be taught by Masters of Healthcare (MHA) faculty.
