Hudson College Faculty, Staff and Students Will Celebrate National Public Health Week April 1-5

Published: Friday, March 29, 2024

National Public Health Week is April 1-5, 2024 and we are celebrating! We would like to express our deepest gratitude to our students, faculty, alumni and staff for their unwavering dedication to public health and for making this year's NPHW theme, "Protecting, Connecting, and Thriving: We are all public health," a reality in our community and state.

Your tireless efforts in promoting health equity, advocating for social justice, and advancing innovative solutions have not gone unnoticed. Whether you are a faculty member guiding the next generation of public health leaders, a staff member supporting our operations and initiatives,  a student contributing your passion and skills to meaningful projects, or an alumna/alumnus making a difference in your respective roles and communities, you are all integral to our collective mission of improving the health and well-being of individuals and communities.

We encourage you to take this week as an opportunity to reflect on your contributions to public health, celebrate your achievements, and engage in activities that promote health and well-being. Whether you participate in virtual events, discussions, or initiatives within our college or beyond, your involvement reinforces our shared commitment to making a positive difference in the world.

Once again, thank you for your passion, dedication, and commitment to public health. Together, we are making a difference, protecting lives, connecting communities, and ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Take a look at what the HCOPH Student Association Officers have planned throughout the week. We hope to see you at some or all of the events!
