Graduate Instructions for Check-Out

Students must complete the following prior to the end of the semester or it could delay transcript and diploma processing:

  • Bursar: Log into Student Self Service and ensure your bursar account is clear and there are no holds that will prevent you from receiving your transcript and/or diploma in a timely manner.
  • Financial Aid: The Student Financial Aid office will email students with check-out instructions.
  • OUHSC Email Access: Email access will be discontinued for all graduates 30 days after graduation. Ensure you save any pertinent information prior to your email being discontinued.
  • Parking: Students on the Oklahoma City campus are required to return their parking permit to the OUHSC Parking Office after graduation. Students on the Tulsa campus do not have to return their parking sticker, but need to ensure they have paid their parking tickets (if applicable) prior to graduation.
  • University Health Club: If you had a university health club membership and wish to discontinue it, click here and then select “Membership Change Form”.
