Amaya Ngo first-year student pursuing a Master of Health Administration. She received her Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Health & Societal Studies and minoring in Health Communication. Currently serving as the Student Operations Lead at Unity Clinic in Oklahoma City, Amaya adeptly coordinates interprofessional teams to provide comprehensive care to uninsured individuals. Her tenure as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center reflects her commitment to advancing healthcare accessibility through research on Medicaid expansion. She plans to intern in a hospital setting in Summer 2024, where she can continue to develop her leadership skills and actively work towards achieving her goals.
