The OU Hudson College of Public Health is proud to announce the launch of its new Executive Master of Healthcare Administration (eMHA) program—a fully online graduate degree designed to equip experienced professionals with the leadership skills needed to drive meaningful change across today’s complex healthcare systems.

Built specifically for mid- to senior-level professionals with at least three years of healthcare or related experience, the eMHA combines flexibility with academic rigor, offering a strategic path to career advancement without disrupting the demands of full-time work.

Designed for Leaders, Built for Impact

The eMHA is grounded in applied learning and evidence-based decision-making, empowering students to navigate high-level challenges and lead effectively in hospitals, health systems, nonprofit organizations, and public health agencies. The 42-credit-hour curriculum is delivered 100% online, with live, interactive components through Canvas and Zoom. For those seeking a deeper connection, students can also participate in an optional five-day, in-person immersion experience at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center campus in Oklahoma City.

Program Highlights:

  • 100% online with flexible scheduling for working professionals

  • Personalized advising and strong student support

  • Embedded competency-based assessments

  • Optional on-campus experience featuring executive roundtables, strategic simulations, and career development clinics

  • Designed by faculty from Oklahoma’s only CAHME-accredited MHA program

  • Meets qualifications for FACHE certification
