Salary Range: $54,000 - $72,500 annually depending on experience

Provides project management support to leadership ensuring appropriate and timely communications, developing project plans and milestones, and ensuring successful outcomes. Collaborates with medical, public health researchers, and scientific researchers in the study design; development of research instruments; collection, and management of data; interpretation of results; preparation of reports.
Supervises staff and graduate research assistant project interviewers and coordinates survey administration in the Biostatistics and Epidemiology Sooner Survey Center.
Conducts research to develop methodologies, instrumentation and procedures for public health projects, analyze data and present findings. Collaborates with medical, public health researchers, and scientific researchers.
Monitors quality of survey phone calls and data collection processes. Prepares and maintains IRB documents. Provides input on data collection instruments.
Analyzes data, interprets data, and presents findings. Programs surveys in survey software systems, exports and formats data.
Establishes and maintains on-going reporting process, including but not limited to survey completion rates, survey and data entry quality, and project status relative to deadlines. Develops dashboards and other data visualizations to display collected data.
Provides expertise in the design, management and evaluation of study protocols and public health programs, including development of the research design, sample selection plans, and data analysis plans.
Prepares manuscripts and reports and publishes findings.
Supervises staff and graduate research assistant project interviewers. Assists Director in the selection, and training of new employees. Completes performance appraisals and disciplines staff. Develops and monitors staff and research assistant work schedules.
Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Healthcare, Public Health, Social Work or related field.
Experience: 60 months of professional, healthcare, and/or healthcare consulting experience that includes experience managing/leading multiple projects.
Equivalent/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 108 months of related experience.
Knowledge of trends and developments in process innovation and project management
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
Ability to manage and lead projects
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Ability to supervise
