C19C Student Feature: Callie Pettigrew

The COVID-19 Committee (C19C) is a student-led committee that recruits and connects OUHSC students to COVID-19 projects and initiatives happening on campus. The C19C also recognizes student involvement in the fight to end the pandemic.

Callie Pettigrew, a bachelor of public health student, provided COVID-19 tests for nursing home residents. She tested both patients and staff twice a week to insure there were no positive results. She also filed all the first round of vaccines through the state department.
