OU Health Administration and Policy Alumnus Named Dean of Umm Al-Qura University in Saudi Arabia

The Saudi Minister of Education has approved the Umm Al-Qura University President’s request to appoint Dr. Asaad Abduljawad as the Dean of the College of Health Sciences at Al-Leith. Dr. Abduljawad is a two-time Hudson College of Public Health alumnus, having earned his Master of Public Health in Health Administration and Policy in 2009 and his Doctor of Public Health in 2013.  Dr. Abduljawad was a recipient of the late King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Scholarship from the Royal Government of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
