Meredith Scott-Kaliki, MS, CHES, is Director of the ONIE Project, Director of the Oklahoma Local Agriculture Collaborative (OLAC), and Assistant Professor of Research in the Department of Health Promotion Sciences at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences (OUHS), Hudson College of Public Health. She has been a member of the ONIE team since 2009, leading statewide efforts to improve nutrition and food access. Meredith earned her BS in Public Health from UCO and her MS in Health Promotion Sciences from OUHS. Through ONIE and OLAC, her work focuses on strengthening Oklahoma’s local food system, building producer capacity, and developing innovative strategies that make the healthy choice the doable choice.
