Dr. Davlyatov is an Assistant Professor of Health Services and Administration with a strong background and training in health services administration and economics. His expertise lies in conducting secondary data analysis using state and national-level datasets, particularly focusing on federally qualified health centers and long-term care facilities. Throughout his academic and professional journey, he has collaborated with industry partners, tribal members, clinicians, faculty members, and students on a variety of research projects. In his role as Co-Director of the Center for Health Outcomes, Policy, and Economic Research, he manages the center and contributes his expertise in diverse areas of health outcomes, policy, and economic research. Dr. Davlyatov is also the Core Faculty of Oklahoma Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (OKLEND) program.
