Trae Rahill is the Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer for the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA). Trae is responsible for the strategic planning, continuous improvement, and transformation efforts at OHCA. His diverse healthcare leadership experience gives him unique insight into the ways innovation can be leveraged to create a continuous improvement infrastructure. Trae has also served thousands in his community through his board service of numerous statewide and local organizations. He currently serves as President of the Oklahoma Medical Group Management Association and Board Chair of the Oklahoma Messages Project, and was previously selected for Leadership Edmond and Leadership Oklahoma. He was born and raised in Oklahoma City, and attended the University of Oklahoma for his undergraduate and graduate degrees (Economics, Human Relations, and Health Administration).
