Dr. Terence D. Gipson is a recent graduate of the Health Promotion Sciences Program at the OU Hudson College of Public Health (Class of 2021). His work focuses on the quality improvement and evaluation of healthcare access for underrepresented and vulnerable populations. Over the past decade, Dr. Gipson has led teams of health professionals on a number of projects to address service delivery gaps in maternal and child health globally, including in Peru, Mexico, Belize, and Costa Rica. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Public Health Policy at St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY where he teaches coursework in policy, management, service delivery, and program evaluation.
